author Oleg Tantsura was born in Sevastopol, Crimea in 1959. He graduated from the St.Petersbourg’s Engineering – Technical University, the Department of Architecture in 1984. Oleg Tantsura has been a member of the International Art Fund since 2004. He is also a member of the Russian Artists’ Union and the Artists Professional Union. His paintings are in the collections of the Moscow Patriarchate, the Moscow Government, the Tretyakov Gallery, the Crimean Art Museum, the Sevastopol Art Museum as well as in private collections in Russia, Finland, Norway, France, Italy, Great Britain, Germany, Switzerland and USA. Oleg Tantsura actively takes part in various exhibitions and En Plein Airs. Oleg Tantsura lives and works in Sevastopol, Crimea.

In connection with the award of the 2013 national reserve “Chersonese” certificate UNESCO World Heritage Site, Ukrainian state enterprise “Ukrpochta” was released and paid special brand and designer envelope, which is decorated with paintings by Oleg Tantsura.
